These Terms govern your purchase and use of the digital products sold by DailyFit ("we", "us") at dailyfittraining.com.

1. Our product. We sell digital fitness training content in PDF format, including "Weighted Calisthenics Pro". It is delivered electronically after purchase.

2. Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms

3. Payment and taxes. Prices are shown before applicable taxes. Taxes are calculated and added at checkout by Paddle based on your location. Payments, billing, tax, and refunds are handled under Paddle's Buyer Terms.

4. Licence. When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own use. You may not copy, resell, share, redistribute, publish, or make the product available to others.

5. Intellectual property. All content in the product is owned by us and protected by copyright. Purchasing does not transfer any ownership.

6. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the product or our website for anything unlawful, to infringe anyone's rights, or to share your copy with others.

7. Health disclaimer. The product is for general fitness information only and is not medical advice. Weighted exercise carries a risk of injury. Consult a doctor before starting any training program. You use the product at your own risk.

9. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
